Who is PA Hometown Deals?

My name is Scott Mizener and I started my own business, On the Rock Design, in 2006 because I enjoy working with people and helping them with their businesses. What started as graphic design and website creation began a journey of building relationships with local business owners all around the Pittsburgh area and even in other countries. In 2014, I was approached by a company offering to advertise my graphic design services in a local coupon magazine. After looking at the costs and what my potential return on investment could be, I decided there had to be a better solution. That's when the GIANT postcard idea was born...
